Join Raymond Blanc on Tuesday 24th October as Brasserie Blanc Milton Keynes celebrates its 10th birthday in this vibrant town.
To mark the anniversary Raymond will be hosting a special dinner, with a limited number of tickets on sale to the public. Guests will be treated to what Brasserie Blanc does best - fresh seasonal dishes all cooked from scratch such as wild mushroom ravioli with hazelnut, sage and balsamic dressing, or slow roast pheasant with a confit pheasant bon-bon, port wine essence and purèed pumpkin with cranberry and orange compote – all topped and tailed with an amuse bouche and dessert. Following a delicious supper, guests will be given the chance to quiz Raymond, with a Q&A session where he may well reveal the secret to a perfect soufflé, or explain to diners just what gives the very best French food that ‘je ne sais quoi’.
