The Imperial Bar is open for business and looking to give customers an experience inspired by a beautiful hotel in Delhi, India of the same name.

Having spent some time at the Imperial Hotel, owner Andy loved the traditional feel and high-quality design so much that it stayed with him to become the design and operating ethos for this premium cocktail and prosecco bar.

Situated on Earl Street, Maidstone it aims to offer the same luxurious hospitality in elegant surroundings – the perfect place for friends and colleagues to relax and socialise.

The extensive cocktail list features many new, contemporary offerings as well as the classics. All are made freshly to order in front of the customer and use fresh fruit where appropriate. Alongside is a wide selection of wines, gins, spirits and beers as well as, of course, prosecco – so, something to suit everyone’s taste!
