Yoga in Hitchin (£7 Classes at British Schools Museum)
Affordable yoga classes with yoga guru John Franklin and a chance to enjoy mind and body rejuvenation within the historic surroundings of the British Schools Museum.
There are so many reasons to take up yoga, including fantastic stress relief, strength building, improving balance and flexibility, toning up and keeping fit, and sharpening your mind. And now you can take up yoga to support the British Schools Museum!
The British Schools Museum dates back to Edwardian and Victorian times, and is one of Hitchin’s most precious landmarks. The new yoga classes in October and November will be held to fundraise for the museum, and will cost just £7 each.
Classes will be led by yoga expert John Franklin, a local teacher who wants to support the local community with this Hatha and Vinyasa training. His grandmother attended the Victorian school building in the late 1890s and he will be holding very affordable yoga sessions for anyone who wants to improve their mental and physical wellbeing in a low impact workout.
Hatha and Vinyasa flow classes are ideal for mixed levels of experience, so beginners are very welcome to join.
The classes will be held on the following dates:
Sunday 22nd Oct (11am until 12pm)
Sunday 5th Nov (11am until 12pm)
Sunday 12th Nov (11am until 12pm)
Sunday 19th Nov (11am until 12pm)
Sunday 26th Nov (11am until 12pm)
