25/08/2020 - Wandsworth Council are currently trialling Low Traffic Neighbourhoods (LTN) in Tooting. Planters and signs acting as 'modal filters' – which prevent motor vehicle access but allow enough space for bicycles to pass through – are being installed in several areas. The measures are being introduced on a trial basis, and will be monitored and evaluated to test their effectiveness.
