Balham Physio Clinic Celebrates First Birthday!
Tucked away on Hildreth Street Mews, Reform Physiotherapy is one of Balham’s fantastic small independent businesses and this week celebrates its first birthday!
What makes this exceptional physio-led clinic unique is that it specialises in planning the route from initial injury right through to full fitness, whether that’s for sport or for life in general, depending on the patient’s specific goals.
This pathway often begins with manual therapy, (including acupuncture and soft tissue massage) in conjunction with strength and conditioning and exercise rehab, leading to pilates (either individually or in groups for fitness and general wellbeing).
The team at Reform Physio work together to treat musculoskeletal conditions including; post-operative rehabilitation, sporting niggles and injuries as well as postural / ergonomic rehab, taking great care to tailor a treatment plan for each client depending on their specific circumstances and individual goals.
Many of the pilates sessions use a combination of full studio apparatus (including their namesake, the Reformer) alongside other pieces of larger and smaller equipment, as well as mat work pilates.
Emma, Jemma, Carly, Beth and the team are available to treat patients on an individual basis as well as offer a comprehensive timetable of expert guided group classes.
Full information on Reform Physio, their services and the individual and group class timetable can be found on their website. You can also follow them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. The clinic is located at 3 Hildreth Street Mews, Balham, SW12 9RZ.
