Balham Daily PRSS (BDP) - PRIVACY POLICY
Balham Daily PRSS (BDP) has collaborated with Mine International Limited (MIL), via an MIL authorised Value Added Reseller, to provide a customised and branded version of the MIL Application Software (MAS) to end users.

In addition to the MIL Privacy Policy, as a Provider, BDP would like to reiterate that it may collect personally identifiable data of end users, only if the end user completes a form (such as a newsletter subscription or survey response), on their website. BDP will adhere to best practices with regards any such data collection, clearly expressing what data is being collected and for what purpose it will be used (e.g. to send out a newsletter). Any such data that BDP collects will be treated with the utmost respect and only used for the specific purpose that the data is being collected.
BDP will not use any such data for any unauthorized marketing purposes.
BDP will not sell any such data to third-parties.
Any data collected in this way, will be via the usage of third-party software (such as Mailchimp) and, as such, reliant upon the adequacy and subject to the security measures adopted by the third-party. This can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect all information that you transmit to us via third-party software that we use, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from BDP. If you do not want to receive direct marketing communications from us, then you can select your choices by ticking the relevant boxes situated on the form on which we collect your information.
