At Share Your Pet we do 3 things...we help animal lovers connect with locals to borrow & share pets, we find trusted local pet businesses, products and service and we support pet rehoming charities. We simply love animals. Live Love Pet!

We have seen a great response on social media and email since our recent launch but we’d love to see more pet sharing and borrowers join us, as well as pet charities and pet businesses joining our community.

How it all started
The idea of sharing our doggy with another family came up by chance. We didn’t want to leave our dog Kolya in kennels or with someone who ‘was doing us a favour’.
How could we leave him with someone we didn’t know?...well,  founding Share Your Pet was our answer!

We shared the idea with some friends and it’s grown through word of mouth...we’ve shared our dog, our rabbit, cat and even our budgie with friends!

Of course there is a lot to discuss and become comfortable before borrowing/sharing but it's fun. All our sharers and borrowers are enthusiastic, and keen pet-lovers.
